Finlay and the Hunter Homes team have recently completed a new garage/foundation remediation for us on a house we were doing in Cashmere. The project was difficult as the “as is where is” house’s foundation required underpinning by the garage foundation to rectify the existing problem caused by the quakes and then an architectural designed garage was built in front of the house as it’s key feature and entrance way.
Finlay and his team have done a fantastic job with the build including excellent management of the budget and schedule. The Hunter Homes team were courteous and professional throughout the project and the communication was excellent.
